Elmer earned his BS Degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University and his JD Degree from La Salle University. For the past 30 years, Elmer has actively owned and managed small businesses and real estate holdings. Since 2004 he’s been dabbling with technology. First, in 2004, when he developed inspection software for his real estate investment and educational business, now works as a business analyst and full-stack developer for Qualeadity LLC.

As a business system analyst and consultant, he worked on systematizing and outsourcing projects for other small businesses.   While doing that, he saw a trend in the virtual business development and startup world that rapidly changed the financial industry, society, and professional structure.

When he's not making a difference in the lives of others, Mike indulges in a wide range of personal passions, including travel, dance, outdoor sports and activities, dog training, and seeking new experiences and cultures. His diverse background and unrelenting drive have propelled him to success throughout his 20+ years of leadership, and have made him a sought-after partner for organizations seeking to take their game to the next level. With a generous, solutions-oriented mindset, Mike is always ready to tackle new challenges.
